Five Points Tire in Redwood City at Woodside and El Camino. One of the few independents left and very nice people. They have a higher rate for 17" and larger rims, but you could try sweet talking them into waiving that...

Otherwise, Custom Alignment in Mt. View will take great care of your rims, but they are incredibly expensive (~$30/wheel)

Well I have worn down my tires enough and now I'm ready to buy. I will likely be ordering the tires through The Tire Rack and would like to know the preferences south bay folk have.
