Dry 'em out (take the bulbs out & run a hair-dryer in through a shop-vac hose into one of the sockets)

Check your seals -- get some "bulb-grease" and put it in the sockets

Make sure your "vents" (those little things on the back that look like black macarroni) are free of obstruction.
