They scratched my rim while attempting to balance my front tires and then denied it. They played missing paperwork games for over an hour then produced a bogus document that had "existing rim damage" scribbled by hand on it. They wouldn't let me talk to the mechanic and couldn't tell me who's writing it was. The service manager couldn't maintain eye contact with me through the whole ordeal. They saved a $150 rim refinish but lost a customer.
Sales and dealer management wouldn't help out. I'd stay clear.
