Stupid enter button. Anyway, I received much information from this board regarding my top seperating. As many of you warned the service dept stuck to the 2 year warranty on the top. They said this is the way they were trained and his manager backed this up. Can someone tell me how best to contact BMWNA? I know I can find the number but has dealt with a certain "understanding" person that can assist me? Many of you have had the same experience but were told by BMWNA that the top is covered 4year/50k same as the overall warranty. Why do they make us jump through hoops just to squeeze some glue on the fabric???
