I am installing the KMACs right now (and removing the crash bolts... I have pics of everything to post), which are adjustable. But it isn't really worth adjusting back and forth them unless you have all of the alignment tools yourself.

The other reason for using adjustable plates is so that you can match camber left to right. Most cars are off a few degrees.
