placing couplers(long nuts) under the front of the seat to recline it more. I did that and it has helped with seat comfort a lot. I am also 6'1" with a 30 inch seam. By bringing up the front of the seat it gives more support under your thigh, thus reducing that "high leg" feeling. It is real easy to do but hard to find the parts. It also gives you a small amount more leg room(granted not much more) I just found the article:
