Hey! I'm 18 years old, and I bought my first Z3 just a few months ago, and I'm in love. I can't stop tweaking it towards perfection. Unfortunately it was a used car (that's all I could afford) and it's got a few minor problems. Because the Z3's healight covers are made of plastic, they are very prone to road wear (Just like mine!) What should I do?? (Other than buying new headlight!)

Also, I would like to find out where to look for standard factory roll hoops at a good price?

Please help! ~Eric Kingston

various plastic polishes and cleaners will help the headlight covers. However, to really do it right, you need to remove them and wet sand them. There are specific instructions on the e39 board as to how to do this. It makes a big difference. email me if you can't find it and I'll look for you.
