Houston we have a problem.

We have just been out in our newly aquired 98 Z3 2.8 and had a good day, with one exception.

The clutch pedal has developed an annoying creak whenever depressed.

I tried to put some grease on it but it didn't seem to work.

Has anyone had this problem, and if so how did you fix it?

I was also suprised to see that the clutch pedal arm is plastic!!, maybe this is where the noise is coming from.
