We considered both the 2.5 and the 3.0, but bought a 3.0.

This was mainly because I was coming from a 255hp 2-seater and the drop to 187 in the 2.5 was noticable enough that it disturbed me.

Not that it wasn't acceptable for me; just that it was at the lower end of the acceptable range.

And the February rebate didn't hurt either.
