Dealer will change at one year if any lights are on per owners manual - see the "or 12 months" statement. Dealer did my one year at 5,000+ miles and just did my 2 year at 12,100 miles. They told me BMW won't cover #2 maintainance unless I am at 36,000 at three year but will still cover another service/oil/filter before 36 months expire no matter how low my miles are.
