Took delivery on March 2 of a new 2001 Z3 2.5. In all, it's been a fantastic car: haven't had this much sports car fun since the 1960's. Anyway, I've noticed three minor body problems in the past month. First, the air dam/headlight assembly doesn't fit with the hood properly on the drivers side, with the result being an overly large seam between the headlight and hood. Second, the fender mounted turn signal lens has water inside it. Third, the driver's side door now closes hard, although it didn't when I took delivery. So, now it goes back to the dealer. Has anyone else experienced these kinds of quality problems? This is my 3rd BMW, but my first American-made model, and have never had any trouble like this. Thank you.
