In my opinion and experience, Colgan is the only one you should consider. I had it on my 1980-320i for at least 15 years, and it went through the snow, rain, sun, car washes. The only time (other than the time I wax the car) I took it off was about once every 3 to 4 years to replace the elastic as they stretch after a while and lose the tightness on the fender hooks. Mind you the bra for Z3 may be designed differently. I tried the Cover Craft and one other brand prior to the Colgan, but didn't like it. The Colgan material is the best in my opinion.

I will not put a bra on the Z3 again as I think it is a little out of style. But I am waiting for someone to come up with the small clear acrylic deflector. My 2 cents opinion.
