Got the 2001 2.5 recently...taking the options you mention plus CD and metallic paint I'd say you're looking at around $32000, maybe $32500 tops depending on circumstances. IMHO I would say that for a 2000 model you can take away 20% for depreciation, so that puts you at $25600.
