7 months old gas in my tank (archive)

I had my Z3 in storage for 7 months. I did not leave the tank full with gasoline like the manual saids. I did not add any treatment to the gas. It has a half of tank full. Can someone tell me if its bad to used up whats left in the tank, should I empty my tank and how should I do that. OR if I could buy some kind of additive that will restore my gas.
Please someone help me.
