Bought used Z3, there's a sub between the seats, 2x3" speakers behind the seats. Is this the factory stereo option or the HK system? Where is the amp located? I can't seem to find it.

...the roll bars it's the HK system(which isn't saying much). If you want more thump to your subwoofer see my "Thanksgiving" post at the bottom of the page.

I have a 2000 2.3 but w/o the HK upgrade, and I have a sub between the seats. The 2000+ models all have subs.
