1st of all forget that stupid blanket.....2nd when you put the boot cover on only fasten the outside snaps (forget the inside ones, it will drive you nuts) and make sure it is tucked in all around. This will save you tons of aggravation and you will enjoy it more. Mine stayes in place fine even at high speeds.
BTW- I was driving around Boston on Saturday. The Marathon is really screwing up everything. Traffic was the worst I have ever seen.
