i bought the car used about 2 months ago and when i took it to the local dealership they told me it had come there one time from a body shop for an alignment. did the body shop put on a 1.9 bumper?

are the rear wheels supposed to be a different size on this model, i thought that was only M's. i plan on getting 17's for it.
