DIY Project#62: Clear visor deflector... (archive)

...I figured I would post one of my failures, though technically, it's not a failure(per se). After corresponding with Mario several times, I decided to do the clear visor wind deflector, for people over 6ft. tall(like my partner). It was an overwhelming success. I got it up to 68mph, and there was only a slight breeze in the interior. But by the time I got home from the test run I realized that it was way OTT. I couldn't handle driving around with them on my car. Verdict: Mario gets an early Christmas gift. As soon as he gets back from Germany, I'll send them his way, maybe he can do something with them. Some may consider it a waste of time or materials but it was an experiment conducted with a sense of humor and a good beer. So(considering the fun factor)it was worth it to ME:^)
