the s2k is an alright car.. higher rmps doesn't mean more wear for that car.. it is a vtec and as such, was designed for the higher rpms.. (goes to 9000) they didn't make it that high for the fun of it. The s2k as everyone knows is the new kid on the block.. it is very very good in some aspects and lacking in others like all cars.. it looks alright.. very honda-ish.. but if u drive it correctly (like u just robbed a bank) u can get performace from it, like no other. Me personally.. right now i own a 2.8 z3.. i am digging the s2k alot.. it's new.. it gets 240 hp from a four pot (little ass torque though) but that's how honda does performance, and i'm not knockin them, they are good at what they do. But for the current costs of them.. i would go with a performance version of the roadsters.. get an 2001 M roadster for the price.. the new ones are the baddest boys when it comes to convertibles right now (normal roadsters in it's class, not ferrari's and lambo's)
