Anyone install Stellar alarm with motion sensor? (archive)

Bought a BMWSTX alarm with motion sensor from Autoloc as part of a group purchase.

Went to install it this weekend and noticed a couple of things. In particular, the instructions aren't exactly helpful - there's a couple of contradictions, one large ambiguity, and at least one omission from the instructions.

So, has anyone successfully installed a BMWSTX + motion sensor into their Z3? Did anyone take notes?

My biggest question at the moment concerns connecting the relay to pin 4 of the harness that goes to the car - my pin 4 is a diode that's conencted in parallel to another diode, comes out, joins two other wires...

All in all, something of a mess. But, where am I supoposed to connect the relay to? Between the harness and the diode (no room)? To one of the other wires (which one?)

I've tried AutoLoc's website to no avail - lots of unavailable links, things that want me to create an account, and then error out... Their tech support has so far been unresponsive.

Any help would be appreciated.
