I have a 2000 M Roadster. It has been eating a quart of oil every 1000 miles since 0 miles. I now have 30K miles on it. The 3 dealers I went to all say that a quart every 750 miles is normal, because this is a high performance engine. This sounds like crap to me, because the M3 has had the same engine for years and none of my friend's M3's eat oil. Has anyone run into this problem before? Has anyone resolved it successfully?
