You drove with a cold engine and reved to 4500.
I don't know what brand of oil you are using, but any synthetic 5W30 has a pour point of lower than -40C. 0W30 should even be lower. So at 15C, it will be thin enough to circulate in the engine. This would not cause damage. The BMW owners manual says the until the oil gets up to 60, you need to keep the rpms below 4500, which is what you did.

You can average out the engine wear by driving more miles at an easy pace, to compensate for the occasional high rpm when cold, or a lot of red line shifting.

I try to put in some highway miles at posted speed limits to even out the wear after driving hard and shifting at redline.
