My new-to-me (1 week) 2000 ///M Roadster's red slash is nearly orange. I really doubt that this car was out in the sun much (trust me, it is in excellent condition). How are everyone elses? RED, or just kinda red? I am talking about the M on the back as well as on the sides.

If you want to wait a life time at the dealer or...

Go to a model shop, buy blue, red and purple tape. The tape comes in a container with a bunch of sizes. Get some razor blades, lots of painters tape.

Tape off around the logo with lots of layers of tape. Lots more layers of tape.

Scrape off the old tape with a razor.

Clean area with goo off or something so the tape residue is gone.

Apply the new tape to the outsides first then do the center.

You get the picture.

There is enough tape to last a life time. Or hold a tech session and see who does it best.
