Only you can answer 'worth it' sorts of questions. It was worth it to me.

Better brake pads would be a good idea. Shocks+springs would help some of the squat you will get with all that power.

They seem to be fairly hard to sell since most want more then 16" wheels. I bought a set of 4 16" star wheels (no tires) for $250 from a member of the board.
