If you are having problems with the Business CD player and the car is under warranty, get it replaced. Mine has no such problems and works flawlessly. I might also suggest you get a trunk mounted Alpine CHM S620 changer with Soundgate ABMW35V3 converter. $255 at autotoys.com so you can keep your hands on the wheel and not shuffling CDs.
