Because that ... woman ... has almost snagged me twice. Now the site of a white volve makes my heart go faster.

I usually see her in the neighborhood of Northgate mall. She just sits on the side of I-5 and waits.

FYI, there are also either one or two (I can't figure it out) unmarked Chevy Suburbans. They (or it) is maroon in color and it has no hubcaps, so the wheels are black. Before I pass ANY suburban, I now take a peek at the wheels.

Sorry to hear that she snagged you, but I think she has laser anyway, so there's not much that you could have done. They are really out in force this weekend.
