A guy at the office was driving his T/A to San Antonio when an unmarked car, I want to say a Camaro, started to taunt him in the next lane.

The unmarked car was driving erratically and my co-worker wanted to get the hell away from this guy, so he waited for an oppurtunity to put space between them and floored it. The cop floored it and followed. My buddy slowed down tried getting off the highway, out of the way, even speeding back up.

So finally, my friend just pulled over and the cop stopped right behind him, no sirens, nothing to tip off he was the law.

My friend had a concelaed hand-gun permit and had his gun with him. When the cop got out of the car (no uniform), my friend told him to stop where he was and to not f*ck with him or he will use his rights to protect himself. The cop flipped out, drew a gun and badge and told him to get on the ground and was not very gentle, say no more.

What the ass-bag cop did not know was that my friend's wife filmed the entire incident with a video camera. Instead of telling the story of a guy street racing and breaking the law, you see two very scared people trying everything they could to avoid a conflict.

As far as I know, the cop was fired and the "street-racer" program was suspended because of potential risk to other drivers. Yeah right. How about the constitution?

Can you say lawsuit?
