Before I bought my 97 2.8 last summer, I test drove some new miatas. They're gorgeous, but for whatever weird reason, I didn't fit well. I'm 5'11, 165...not too big, I don't know why, it's the same size as my Z3. I didn't care for the lack of power, but I had just driven the 2000 S-2000 at the Honda dealer next door...that could be why! The handling was great, though.
