Best Rear Transparent Acrylic Wind Blocker? (archive)

OK, since I do a lot of freeway driving, I'd like to get one of those clear acrylic wind-blockers that attach to the roll-hoops. I have found three different models from two different vendors. Which one is the best?

1. The ones with "winglets" from http://www.topdown.net/. These things have small hinged panels that extend a bit to the sides of the roll hoops, but they retract in order to raise the top. They seem a bit pricey at $164, plus $22 for a vinyl storage/carrying case.

2. The V5 and V6 "Clear Windscreen" models from http://www.roadster.8m.com/. One of these is favorably reviewed in MZ3.net. The V5 ($85) seems rather petite compared to the V6. Since I'm a tall fellow and my 2000 2.8 lacks a rear storage compartment, the V6 ($95) seems like a better idea. There's no storage cases available.

So, with this all said, would anyone like to mention which one they prefer and why? I'm gonna buy whatever folks here say is the best ASAP.

Thanks a bunch,
Warr
