they are BBS, specific to the Jag XKR when equipped with the "Silverstone" package (the picture you show) or available as a special option on other XKR's along with the Brembo big brakes. they are called "Detroit" wheels I think.

they have a thin chrome strip on the edge that is very easily damaged (based on the cars I've seen around with these wheels). they are 20". I believe that they are 2 pieces with the center "spider" being one piece & the rim being another.
