HELP! How do I sell my car if my car is financing (archive)

Just bought my 2001 Z3 3.0 in April. Jet Black, with sport package, red/black interior, on board computer, in desh CD, DINAN front strut bar, K&N filter, Nais Real HID head light, Superwhite lighting upgrades for all bulbs, Clear bumper light covers, factory hood mask, Colgan mirroe bras, facctory magnetic stone gaurds, 35% tint, Factory ///M mats, Roadster trunk mask, Factory wind blocker, Match color armrest. MOMO pedal sets...

Sticker price $41500 plus tax. Only 4900 miles. Just have the first synthetic oil change from dealer. Need to sell car to get a wedding diamond ring. But do not want to go back to the dealer for less money.

Can I sell my car with the financing going on? Do I pay off the financing by the buyers money and then sell the car? Does anyone has experience? HELP!!!
