Yes, my new 3.0 was in the shop once every month for the first three months with electrical malfunctions. Check Engine light, emmision control problem. Last time it just died and the DSC light came on. Power transfer from the pedal to the engine was probably cut in half until I got to the dealer for fix. The dealer told me that if anything happened again, they would replace the car. That was three months ago. No problems since. Finally got it squared away, knock on wood, but it was a pain for awhile.
