About four times a month, I leave my Z3 at the airport for a few days. It sits with a NOAH cover on to protect it from the Florida sun. However, it gets really damp in the car overnight.
I leave the airport about 7AM. The rear window almost always fogs up. The rear view mirror sometimes fogs up. Even the side windows can start fogging up. This can last for the first fifteen minuites of my hour long drive home. By shutting off the air conditioner and opening up the windows, slow releif is found. With the windows closed, keeping the A/C on reciculate seems to help.
A big part of the problem is moisture condensing on the outside of the rear window caused by the cold air in the car Vs. the warm moist air outside. Much of it though, is on the inside.
What are you using to prevent the fogging of the rear window? I really need some.
