Here's what I'm thinking--vinyl floor tiles??? (archive)

.... from Griot's Garage yesterday. Has anyone used it? Griot's faxed me a 5-page installation manual before I bought. Not a simple process. I ordered 4 gallons at ~$55/gallon. Light Gray. Hard to believe 1 gallon only covers 130 sq. feet with 2 coats.
I assume muriatic acid will kill all plant life it touches, yes?
Obviously this is a do it once, do it right, and don't do it again job. The plan is to get the 2 required coats down before I leave for HC so the floor has about 17 days to cure before The Car arrives.
Next steps: dedicated circuit breaker for garage accessories and 1200 watts of flourscent lighting.

I've been wanting to do something with my garage as well. However, i hear that the paint peels up as well. I also have some pretty large cracks. I have heard some have had good success with vinyl stick on floor tiles. Any comments?
