Do these break pads really stop break dust? Which one (Red or Green) is well suited for the Z3?

I installed the "Green Stuff" and they are everything they say about them. They are on my 3.0i Z3. Virtually no break dust! Otherwise can't tell the difference from the original. I did get the anti-rattle goop from my dealer . . . he gave it to me. Installed them myself. No problems at all. Would highly recommend the "Green Stuff".
