My wife loves Tivo. If you've never heard of Tivo, look here: www.Tivo.com

We have a Sony 30hour Tivo unit. I just installed a 72hour upgrade kit which I purchased on Ebay (see link below). It took me about 30 minutes to install the upgrade and it worked perfectly the first time. We now have a 100+ hour Tivo unit.

If you have a Tivo unit, this upgrade is well worth the $199 investment. The upgrade kit contains everything you need to do the job... even the screwdriver!
