V-Man, so far I haven't noticed any streaks - and I used it right out of the wrapper. But I can understand why they say don't use it on a warm surface - the wax may melt off!
Anyway, how's the M doing? Haven't seen your poetic posts lately. I like reading them.
Did you see the latest "Bimmer" mag? They reviewed a US 2001 M3 and rave about the motor endlessly. I can only imagine how much fun your car is! As far as I'm concerned, the S54 motor is what owning an M-car is really all about. The entire car should revolve around the motor and with the 2001 M's, they do!

The M is outrageous. Getting her used to redline now, but really want to have my oil changed to the new 10w60 for fear of toasting bearings in the far reaches of this s54 engine (I hear M3's are scuffing some).

Other than that, she just got back from some twisties in Mass and Vermont. She's a thing of beauty, she is!
