The incentive on stale inventory will be gone very soon, making the dealer anxious to trade, and he knows any nice used roadster he's taking in will fetch good money in a month or two. The only way to come out better is if one can afford to keep the old one and sell it come spring.

I've been giving some thought to doing that, and getting either a 3.0 or M before they're replaced with that "poor man's Z8" I've seen pics of (not as true to the elemental roadster concept IMO).
