Rachel and Jon set out for Homecoming this morning and she just called me with an update. They are travelling across Pennsylvania on I78. Rachel was having a problem with one speaker so they stopped to fix the speaker wire. That stop has cost them. They have now been sitting parked behind accident traffic for the last 45 minutes. Lovely. Sitting in the rain in stopped traffic. Seems that people are milling around and they are chatting with the truckers. The truckers have been nice enough to let everyone know that they are all sleeping in the back of their cabs.

So - Here we sit on the phone, chatting waiting while the traffic isn't moving.

By the way - the truckers have confirmed that they cannot see us on the road.

Okay - word to the wise if you are starting your travels - I78 is ugly.
