I got home today, and like Dave said the one thing that stands out is BMW's generosity towards us during our visit. I had a splendid time, and was very impressed by everyone's friendliness, and in particular by the time and patience provided by the BMW techicians on Saturday - I think they are thrilled to see "their" cars again, find out how they've been doing, and further enjoy making them "right" again to the greatest extent possible - they certainly went the extra mile for me. Ken Sparks is a true friend of the Z3 community and is to be thanked profusely for all his efforts, as are Amy and Wayne for getting this started and keeping it rolling... Met some great new folks, John and Jan from Raleigh and Art and Jane from High Point, NC - thanks to them for letting me tag along. Got the Dinan Stage I software download and some LeatherZ goodies while I was there, and am quite happy with all and sundry. I'd hoped to get to meet Tim Cullis and thank him for the times he provided info, but never ran across him - maybe next time! Thanks to everyone, hope y'all made it home safely!
