I have to second that on McKenna. They are the absolute worst BMW dealer in Southern California (worse than Beverly Hills BMW), in terms of both Sales and Service. I live within 5 miles of them, but I bought my two bimmers from Irvine BMW, about 40 miles away. Shelly BMW are good, so is Crevier.

OK guys, which service departments in the LA are do we love and which should be avoided whenever possible? I just hate to be told that there is nothing wrong with the car when in fact I know something is wrong -- would I spend about an hour of my time leaving the car at the shop?

Thanks,
Zajo

The North Hollywood dealer has supposedly replaced tops that other dealers have been saying weren't warranty issues. I've heard great things about Crevier in Santa Ana, (5 and 55 freeways), as well as Long Beach BMW (by the Long Beach Airport).

Avoid McKenna like the plague. I've had nothing but problems and assholes there...
