You ae not sleeping on a water bed, are you? I suffered with serious back problems for years until my chiropractor learned I was sleeping on a water bed---he went spastic! He convinced me to change to a firm mattress and within a couple of days, I could see major improvement. I haven't needed any treatment since, he talked himself out of a patient! It has now been about two years and no more problems so long as I take basic pecautions and avoid the things I know are problematic.

A bad back can ruin your outlook on life, even decreases your pleasure in driving your Z3.
