Griot's orange pads are the best I've tried. Use speed 4. Apply polish to pad before you put pad on surface(throws it all over the place if you don't). Use a north-south, then east-west pattern over a 2 square foot area. I use Griot's machine polishes 1,2, or 3 and pick which one I need for the ammount of swirls I need to remove, you are better off starting with the finest polish than the coarest if its all that you need. DO NOT apply pressure to the buffer, it will do the work with out it. I use a different pad for each level of polish(Griots number 1,2, or 3), they can be washed after use. Takes me about 3 hours to do the whole Z twice(once for each grade of polish).
