In a way, I'm disappointed. In another, I know the feeling. I went to see the movie "Fast and the Furious" and after the movie (it had just stopped raining) all of the kids got in their grapefruit-shooter equipped Honda Civics and whatnot and were burning down some tires and revving their engines to no end. I slide quietly by (had to drive by the front of the theater to get out, lots of kids still standing outside) in my black Z3, rain beaded all over it without a sound. So I understand. :)
Tonight wife and I set out for an evening cruise. As we go through the local town we are given the cool car stuff at stop sign. At next stop "the young Patriots" zip up on us windows coming down and the sign of spin your wheels is given. As I smile over at them one yells "Roast'em for America." Egged on with "you know you want to" and "there's still a kid in you". What could I do? As the light changes to green I hit first gear and slowly head out on our journey. Probably ruined there night. I just loved the terminology and exuberance in their 'Roast'em for America.' Guess its the flag on the antenna.
