There is a site online that sells the chrome tips that go on your exhaust pipes... I'm not interested in buying an aftermarket exhaust, at least not yet...

So in the meantime, I'm looking for those chrome tips, just to make the car look a little more finished in the back. Apparently, they are selling the tips as very year-specific, so I was hoping that someone else out there had a picture of a '96 or '97 2.8 with chrome tips... If you've got a pic... Please share! I'd like to see how they look and if they sit correctly with the bodywork. I'm worried about them sticking way out of the back or touching the rear valence panel.

I have a 97 2.8 with the same exhaust and found this on the Web....http://roadster.8m.com/chrome.htm... I went to Pep Boys and Paid about $8, cut drilled and painted per the instructions, and they turned out perfect. The only dif. is that they are not tapered in the back. There is a picture along with the instructions. Good luck.
