I'm aware of a number of dealerships that offer "on-line" parts ordering. But that might not mean what you think - usually it's a form you fill out, and then someone from the dealer's parts dept. places the order, or calls if it's unclear.

I like going in to the dealer to place my orders (though the dealership is only a few miles away.) The parts guys are great, and they always check the part number/description before ordering. This has helped me when I've transposed a pair of numbers in the PN - I wanted to order chrome lock pulls, and found out that I was ordering something else entirely. (My fault, I gave the wrong #).
