Given the conditions, your pictures turned out great.
I agree the Legends were really cool cars. 3/4 scale fiberglass-replica bodies of cars from the '30s and '40s over steel tube frames with 1600cc motorcycle engines in them. Those little screamers cost about $20,000 to go racing in (I'm sure that's just the start, but the entry price seems pretty low) and look like they would be great fun. They look to be pretty light and accelerate like a bat out of hell.
The best racing of the evening was watching the fellow running the red 32 Ford 5 window coupe replica (#123) powersliding his rig through corner after corner, picking off 1 to 2 cars per lap.
