The coupe runs Dunlop 8080Es and the 2.8 runs Michelin Pilots right? Tells me a lot more about the tires than the car.

: I get your point and I love my M. No doubt about it. But one of the many reasons I bought it was because of the BMW literature provided to me at the dealership (i.e. fastest BMW production car ever built, 0-60 5.1 ). The sales person also told me that the car had the E36 suspension, my car handles fine now but it's a little tail happy. The reason I thought the Z-coupe handled better is some of the posts on this very page say the Z-coupe was a .90 vs the M's .87, to me this is very disturbing because I wanted the best, I paid for the best and thats what I expect. Not trying to impress anyone (well that may be a lie) but I do want the ultimate in performance. That's all, and "little" things like the license plate make a difference to me because I'm 24 and this car is my pride and joy, I have never owned anything like this before. I am in love with the M. I just want the BEST....that's all. Thanks for your input!
