Depends on your area and options/accessories. I paid 41k including moon roof, CD, & Keyless Entry from Richmond BMW in VA. I could have saved a little by buying from a dealer in NC or by ordering from www.carorder.com, but not much.

BTW - be sure and leverage the $1000 dealer incentive that's going on until March.
