Thanks for the help. One more question for you....the V1 manual states that you select a 'switched' wire...one that's off when the ignition is switched off and has 12 volts when the ignition is switched on. If you direct wired the V1 to the dome light..does the dome light have to be on for the V1 to work? May seem like a dumb question...but had to be asked though. Thanks for the input.
